Netmarble’s goal is to “Create and Cultivate a Healthy Gaming Environment.”
Netmarble is making efforts in various activities to help students and adults with physical disabilities to achieve their dreams through the following: National e Festival tournament, Game experience centers, and projects that help achieve the rights of those with disabilities.
1. Creating the Culture
Netmarble’s goal is to create a culture where everyone can freely play and enjoy games regardless of physical and social attributes. In order to achieve this goal, Netmarble has planned and carried out many activities such as Game Experience Centers, National e Festival Competitions for Students with Disabilities, etc.
Play Center
Netmarble Donates equipment and set up experience centers within schools with students for disabilities so that everyone can experience leisure activities such as gaming.
National e Festival Competitions for Students with Disabilities
Host National e Festival competitions for students with disabilities, teachers, and other students from all over Korea.
Family Program
Education on communication and relationship building using games. Designed for elementary school students and parents.
Game Concert
Invite specialist and professionals to hold an annual open forum sharing insights on game industry and culture.
Game in Life Contest
Reveal various values of game. Holding contest about changes in life invoked by game.

Provide variety of education and opportunities for future leaders to accumulate knowledge and experiences and design their future.
Game Academy
Provide support for professional game development programs and facilities for youths that aspire to work within the industry.
Tour Program
Netmarble offers high school students and college students a tour of Netmarble HQ and also a mentoring program
Rowing Team with Disability
First to establish a sports team with disabilities within game industry.
3. Sharing the Joy
Netmarble creates opportunities for all affiliated parties, from players of Netmarble games to Netmarble emplyees, to participate in volunteer activities, charity donations, and etc. as part of Netmarble's CSR activities to encourage a fun and giving culture.
Companion Series
Publish children's books that establish worlds where everyone coexists harmoniously including people with disabilities and the socially disadvantaged.
Opportunities for Volunteer & Charity Work
Netmarble runs charity events with gamers, employees take part in voluteer opportunities, run holiday charity drives, etc.
